Every Vaovac™ Anti-Cellulite Massager is covered against manufacturing defects for one year from the date of delivery.

What this warranty covers

Covered

  • Device does not power on
  • Charging issues / battery does not hold a charge
  • Internal motor or vacuum failure
  • Heating element does not engage
  • LED display malfunction
  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

Not covered

  • Cosmetic damage from regular use (silicone seal wear, foam filter use, scratches)
  • Damage from drops, water exposure, or improper use
  • Filter replacements (replacement filters available to purchase separately)
  • Bruising or skin marks (a normal response to vacuum suction — see Refund Policy)
  • Devices purchased through third-party retailers

How to file a warranty claim

  1. Email support@vaovac.com within 1 year of your delivery date with your order number.
  2. Attach a photo or short video (10–30 seconds, well-lit) demonstrating the issue. For example: pressing the power button with no response, the LED display not lighting up, or the heating not engaging.
  3. We review the claim within one business day. If approved, we ship a replacement device free of charge — usually without requiring you to return the defective unit.
  4. Replacement arrives within standard shipping time (typically 4–14 business days for US orders).

What we'll need from you

  • Your order number (from your confirmation email)
  • Date of delivery (so we can confirm you're within the 1-year window)
  • A photo or short video showing the malfunction clearly
  • A description of when the issue first occurred and what you've tried

Replacement vs refund

Warranty claims are resolved with a replacement device, not a cash refund. If you'd like a refund instead of a replacement (for example, you no longer want the product), please use our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee within the first 30 days of delivery.

What if the claim is denied?

If we determine the issue is from misuse, drops, water damage, or normal wear (rather than a manufacturing defect), we'll let you know with a clear explanation. In some cases we may offer a discounted out-of-warranty replacement instead.

Where this warranty applies

This warranty covers Vaovac™ Anti-Cellulite Massagers purchased directly through vaovac.com. Devices purchased through third-party sellers are subject to the seller's warranty terms.

This warranty is in addition to, and does not replace, any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction.
