Vaovac ships worldwide from our fulfillment partner. Tracked delivery, no hidden fees at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are quality-checked and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after we receive your order confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
You'll receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse. Allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to populate after the shipment notification.

International maximum delivery time: 25 business days. We dispatch from our warehouse the same way for all destinations — actual delivery time depends on customs clearance in your country.
Customs duties and import taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties or VAT once it reaches your destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the customer's responsibility. Vaovac has no control over these fees.
Tracking your order
- You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
- Allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
- Track your order anytime at vaovac.com/pages/track-your-order.
If you haven't received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@vaovac.com with your name and order number — we'll look into it for you.
Order changes and cancellations
You can cancel your order or change the shipping address within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been picked for shipment. After 24 hours, the order is in our fulfillment pipeline and cannot be modified.
If you ordered to an incorrect or incomplete address: please email support@vaovac.com within 48 hours. After 48 hours we cannot guarantee changes are possible.
Undeliverable packages
If a package is returned to us due to an invalid or undeliverable address, you can either:
- Pay a re-shipping fee equal to the original shipping cost, or
- Forfeit the order (a refund is not available for orders we cannot return economically due to international shipping costs).
Lost or stolen packages
Once we hand the package to the carrier and tracking confirms delivery, the package is the customer's responsibility. We are not liable for packages reported lost or stolen after carrier confirmation of delivery — please ensure your shipping address is secure and consider a delivery service that requires signature if you have concerns.
If tracking shows the package as lost in transit (not yet delivered), email us — we'll work with the carrier to resolve and either re-ship or refund as appropriate.
